1.5 oz Pentire Adrift
3 oz AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo
Maldon salt
Wedge of grapefruit to garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Pentire, AVEC, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
Bay Martini
Place your chosen glass into the freezer to chill.
In the meantime, add Pentire, a bay leaf, and ice to a mixing glass and stir for a few seconds. Strain into the chilled glass over a large ice cube. Top ice cube with a fresh bay leaf to garnish.

1 oz lime juice
3 oz AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo
Lime Wedge
Add ice, bonbuz, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake then strain into a glass of fresh ice. Top with AVEC. Garnish with a lime wedge.

2 oz AVEC Yuzu & Lime
Yuzu or shiso leaf for garnish
Add Ghia and AVEC to a short glass. Add ice, stir, and garnish with a yuzu leaf.

Fill a short glass with ice. Add Ghia and AVEC. Garnish with a thick lemon wheel and a sprinkle of Maldon salt.
