Starter Spirits

Salty Dog

2 oz zero proof gin
4 oz AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo
Rimming salt
Grapefruit slice

Rim a tall glass with salt and fill with ice. Add gin and AVEC, stirring gently to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Tom Collins

2 oz zero proof gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz AVEC Yuzu & Lime
Maraschino Cherry

Add gin and lemon juice to a tall glass. Fill with ice, top with AVEC and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel and A maraschino cherry.

Paloma

1.5 oz zero proof tequila

4 oz AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo

Almond Extract (optional)

Lime Wedge
Rimming Salt

Rim glass with salt.

Add ice, tequila, and 2-3 drops of almond extract (to taste). Top with AVEC and gently stir. Garnish with lime.

Yuzu Tequila Soda

1.5 oz zero proof tequila

4 oz AVEC Yuzu & Lime

Lime Wedge

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila and top with AVEC and a squeeze of lime. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Spicy Margarita

1.5 oz zero proof tequila
4 oz. AVEC Jalapeño & Blood Orange
Lime Wedge

Pour tequila into a glass filled with ice. Top with AVEC, stir gently, and add a squeeze of lime.
