Psychedelic Legislation moves forward in eleven US states

Lawmakers in 11 US states are pushing to advance psychedelic legislation in 2023, with plans that range from legalizing therapeutic psilocybin use to a full-scale decriminalization of natural psychedelics.

States currently looking at reform include: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Virginia.
